Remove agents from whatever dashboard folder they are in, returning them to the Unfiled group.
murmur folder assign, so a shell variable that expands to nothing can never unfile an agent by accident.

|---|---|---|
INVALID_ARGUMENT | An agent is not top-level, is named twice, or the agents span two workspaces. | All the agents in one command must be top-level and share a workspace. |
NOT_FOUND | No agent with that slug exists. | Check the slug with murmur ls. |
PERMISSION_DENIED | You cannot read one of the named agents. | Unfiling requires agent.read on every agent named. |
FAILED_PRECONDITION | The caller has no personal identity to hold folders. | Folders belong to a person. Run the command as yourself rather than from inside an agent’s VM session. |
